1. DRIVER'S AGE: minimum 23 years of age

2. DRIVING LICENSE: A valid driving license held for at least one year from the country of residence or an international Driving Permit is required

3. TRAFFIC FINES: All traffic fines resulting from violation of the Greek traffic law are for renter's account

4. INSURANCE: All "PELION RENT" vehicles are insured:
a. against liability to third parties (excluding driver and passengers) for death, injury up to 478,357 €.
b. material damages to third parties (excluding the "PELION RENT" vehicle) up to 100,000 €.

5. PARTIAL THEFT PROTECTION - TOTAL THEFT PROTECTION, DRIVER'S AND OTHER

6. PASSENGERS INSURANCE:

7. TAXES: All rates are subject to 18% VAT

8. PETROL: The consumption is payable by the renter unleaded type fuel is to be ~used on "PELION RENT" vehicles

9. DELIVERY:
24 hours - All regions in Pelion.
With Prior arrangement ...
"Athens Eleftherious Venizelos Airport", "Thessaloniki Airport", "Volos-Anhialos Airport"
and "Volos Port" (if the arrival is from Skiathos Airport)

10. COLLECTION:
24 hours - All regions in Pelion.
With Prior arrangement ...
"Athens Eleftherious Venizelos Airport", "Thessaloniki Airport", "Volos-Anhialos Airport"
and "Volos Port" (if the arrival is from Skiathos Airport)

11. EQUIPMENT: Baby / child (up to 3 years old) seat, snow chain, roof rack on request

12. FERRYING THE CAR: An advanced written authorization from "PELION RENT" is required.

13. ACROSS THE BORDER RENTAL: An advanced written authorization from "PELION RENT" is required.
